Carl specialises in facilitating and leading engaging, innovative, and collaborative workshops. He has extensive experience of developing and leading complex multi-faceted change programmes within both commercial and public sector organisations. An ambassador of continuous improvement working, he works with clients to ensure that all projects align, and effort is focused to the optimal outcome. A skilled trainer and practitioner of Lean Six Sigma Methodology, driving business towards Operational Excellence, breaking down silos and encouraging cross functional working.
Carl led the Jersey Harbour and Airport change management programme for three years as they were incorporated from the Government of Jersey to become Ports of Jersey Ltd. This was a vital function in resetting the culture of the organisation as well as planning future modern ways of working within the organisation and gave personnel from all levels of the business reassurance through the transition.
Past projects include a major change project for the Ports of Jersey inspiring confidence and acceptance in the new ways of working.

His most recent project saw the turnaround in fortune of a loss-making organisation to deliver a positive swing in EBITDA of £11 million. The change management programme involved regular reviews with the senior leadership team during both the physical organisational restructure and process improvement across all departments.
